Description
This was done in France when I was teaching a workshop at La Petite Ferme, owned by my friend Jacqueline Tilkin, she had made this farm into the most charming place that had room for 20 people to sleep for bed and breakfast. But, she had painted all her chairs in primary colors, plus green, black, and white. We liked them so much because they were a very shiny enamel. So we took them out into the yard where the sunlight could hit them, found a bunch of vases, jars, and set up a number of still lifes. I have a series of blue, red, green, and black chairs that I painted.
